Workshop on multilingualism is an online satellite event of the OASPA Conference 2020 bringing together publishers, translators, librarians, young researchers and interested stakeholders to exchange experiences on multilingualism and its challenges regarding to open access in academic publishing

Helsinki Initiative Forum provides a common international platform for policy-makers, research performing and funding organisations, scholarly publishers and open access communities, as well as researchers and science journalists to discuss concrete implementation plans for fostering the Helsinki Initiative.
Federation of the Finnish Learned Societies organised a workshop to discuss open access funding-models for national journals in Finland, Croatia, Norway and Poland. The Helsinki Initiative was first discussed and started as a movement to promote multilingualism in scholarly communication.
